Step 1: Submit & Discuss Your Requirements

  • Fill out our inquiry form with event details such as date, location, audience size, and preferred music genres for us to understand your requirements better

  • Participate in a discovery call with the SoundRise team and mutually align on a timeline

Step 2: Artist Curation

  • Based on your event profile, SoundRise to approach bands and artists that best fit your event’s needs and are available to perform on the said date

  • Receive a curated report that includes a description of the band, links to their performances, and requirements/tech riders with contact information for you to book the artist directly (See report details mentioned below)

  • NOTE: SoundRise will not be responsible for commercial negotiations and closing/execution of the event

Step 3: End-to-end facilitation of the performance

  • Once the band is approved, SoundRise can arrange all performance-related needs, including rental of frontline and backline equipment, a professional sound team with an engineer, and a dedicated manager to oversee pre-event coordination and on-day execution.

  • Note: Venue infrastructure and technical provisions, such as stage setup, electricity, and wiring, will remain the responsibility of the organizer.
